The citizens of Hudson deserve a City Hall that delivers—one that works for the people, not against them. Whether it’s $10,000 in unpaid utility bills at the Senior Center, more than $2 million in uncollected property taxes, or the loss of 11 Warren Street to the County, Hudson needs a City Hall that knows how to govern effectively. When City Hall fails, trust in leadership erodes. Running a city isn’t complicated—it’s about accountability and ensuring that essential needs are met, while we prepare for the future.
The mayor works for us. Staying connected with the community—our neighbors—is one of the job’s most important responsibilities. When we don’t know what City Hall is doing or how it’s working for us, leadership is failing. Relying on Facebook and Instagram for important city updates isn’t enough—we must do better. As mayor, I’ll make transparency a priority. With a weekly newsletter and monthly town halls in every ward, I’ll ensure you always know what’s happening and have direct access to ask questions and share concerns.
Hudson is a city full of potential, but right now, it lacks direction. Major projects—from waterfront redevelopment and the Depot District to the truck route and new Hudson Housing Authority developments to replace Bliss Towers—too often move forward in isolation, without a cohesive plan. At the same time, we are facing an affordability crisis. Hudson needs a City Hall that leads a real conversation about our future—what our city will look like in five years, a decade, and for the next generation. As mayor, I will hire a City Planner to work closely with the mayor’s office, City Council, and City Treasurer to ensure that our growth is strategic, sustainable, and benefits everyone in our community.
Not only are Donald Trump and Elon Musk threats to American democracy, but their administration is also targeting many of our neighbors. LGBTQ+ rights are under siege, and ICE agents are rounding up people and sending them to prisons in El Salvador. In times like these, the mayor must take a stand, using their platform to push back against these attacks. As mayor, I will do whatever it takes to stand with our friends and neighbors who are being targeted by the harmful, oppressive actions coming from Washington.
